César Franck’s organ work is essential in the romantic organ repertoire. Most of these works are very developed, and the large page format significantly reduces the number of pages compared to the usual editions. The pages naturally embrace the episodes of the music, thus favouring the concentration on the breath it requires. Some errors in the original edition have been corrected.
